Some may be in a profession that requires their undivided attention and/or be involved in other worthy pursuits besides that. You should care about what's important to them.
You should never advise such a person to just keep buying PSAs; leaving them to fend for themselves. They might maintain as a Team Leader in name only; but certainly not in the spirit of it. Once you fall below that 5 star rating with the minimum 5 PSAs rating you; you will loose your TL status. This should never be about you and what you can get. What is most important is that you are helping others succeed and making sure the duplication process works by acceptable standards. A standard that works on behalf of helping people succeed.
Sure! I would assist my downline PSAs if any come to me for help because of a dead beat Sponsor; but that's as far as it goes. These Affiliates are not on your Movers Page. You are not responsible for all the grunt work that their sponsor should be doing. Don't give unwise recommendations that will bring about bad results. You should not allow greed to cloud better judgement.
Find a better way. Ask your prospect about his/her family and about the possibility of partnering with a spouse or family member that is 18 or older and still at home. This way he/she can fill in working and learning the business as time permits. Establishing an SFI partnership within the family may turn out to be a blessing. Strengthening the family bond through the spirit of team work.
Build quality not quantity. Numbers mean nothing if nothing is getting done. Right?
