My dear friend Michael, for me, it is always diferent. All the same, I think in the first mail we should give as less information as possible but informative a possible. If we give too much, they will get scared to start. If we give too less, they will not understand how to start. Wellcome them, tell them how glad you are to have them in your Team.Tell them the importants of using in the first day the avalable Tools like Fast Track. Wish them a good start and tell them you are there for them any time they need you. Please don´t forget to send them in your first Mail your contacts!
