I know through experience that the training modules and references that SFI has designed for its new recruits is quite comprehensive and does not require further elaboration from Sponsors. I would therefore keep my email concise and only highlight important points. I would pick up these to be relevant.
It makes reading a lot simpler if you can guide your new affiliates using a numbering method.
1. Building your team is the primary focus in your business - you need to look for active affiliates who will support you and their teams simultaneously. Start duplication immediately you join.
2. Generate as many sales through TripleClicks as possible - this is a highly lucrative income stream - exploit it fully.
3. Invest your time, effort and resources at some point - it will help you in the future.
4. In the first two months of you joining new affiliates, to maintain your minimum rank of Executive Affiliate is easy. To make it easier, SFI has in place what is called a Standing Order (this investment is optional). Having one in place makes your qualification easy and gives you sufficient time to concentrate on building your team.
5. Advertise locally and globally through paid and free advertising. It will pay off in the long term.
6. Do not ask your new affiliates to do something you have not done yourself. They will not believe you or the program if you place them in this situation.
7. Logging in once daily is the minimum requirement when you own your business - this is online and you can work from the comfort of your home but without checking out the goings on in your business, you are not likely to succeed.
8. For useful tips and answers, a quick visit to the Forum is highly recommended.
These would be my brief to my new affiliates.
