A lot of the information you give new affiliates in a first e-mail depends on how they signed up:
* If you've recruited them in person, they likely know you and they know much of what to expect. In this case, you're mostly going to be walking them through the first steps of setting up their accounts.
* If they've come to SFI through your own websites or recruiting process, they likely know you, but they don't know as much about SFI instead. These affiliates will require not only information about setting up accounts, but also what work on an affiliate program actually is.
* If they've come to SFI through "PSAs to Go" or some other outsourced program, you'll need to introduce yourself to them and find out how much they know and the sources of their motivation so that you can help them find their success.
Regardless, keep in mind that you're here to help *them* succeed, first and foremost. Your own success will follow naturally.
