Should the way you approach prospective ECAs vary by country/region?

The only time you would need to change your approach wound be when you have knowledge about some restrictions that would place limitations on a prospective ECA business. Other than that you should have free reign to approach prospective ECAs anywhere in most countries and regions.

Once your prospect has decided to become an ECA it is their responsibility to follow through with all their state, regions or counties regulations on acquiring all the necessary sales tax licencing/permits and
