I think the best way to help affiliates in your group with limited access to computer is first of all to let them know that there are mobile phones with internet features and data plans to access the internet from their local network providers. This will give them 24 hours internet access without using a computer. This will also give them enough time to do their tasks daily without being worried about using a computer.
I use my mobile android phone most times in the early hours of the day before 6am. I read my Launchpads and answer the questions and do many other things in the To-do-list. I continue again in the evening if I didn't finish and put in one or two hours before going to bed, because sometimes I might be very busy in the office or might not have access to the computer.
Secondly, planning their time and tasks before accessing the SFI home page is vital to those with limited access to computer. They can go to a public cyber café (e.g in Nigeria) and buy airtime for 1-3 hours and achieve their aim. But you must have a target of what you what to achieve per day and go straight to business without distractions since you are buying the airtime. Read the number of lessons/information planned and do the daily tasks and you will be able to achieve much even with limited access. Allocate time to each task and always check to see if you are within the limits. That way you will succeed.
