All TripleClicks products inclusive of ECAs are purchased through TripleClicks website. TripleClicks website is closely monitored and controlled by TripleClicks. TripleClicks has installed security software and verified by Geotrust to detect any false or illegal entries. All payments are made to TripleClicks and acknowledged by them that the transactions are approved with receipt. TripleClicks will informed the ECAs/suppliers of the transactions and make payment to ECAs/suppliers and inform them to deliver the goods to the customers as soon as possible.
The delivery of goods from ECAs/suppliers depend on the delivery system of the ECAs/suppliers and the courier services of the source country and the designated country.
The effective and efficient delivery system ensures the products reach their destinations in time and in good conditions.
Other factors to consider:
The customer must open an account with TripleClicks
Any form of payment either through credit/debit card and paypal must be verified first by the relevant financial agencies. i.e must have a valid and active account with them accepted by TripleClicks.
The ECAs must update their products availability.
The customers must understand terms and conditions, policies and agreement with ECAs.
Get to know products and ECAs rating.
Must know the type and nature of the products which may be restricted from entering the country.
