* Tell your customers to click on the ‘Returns & Refunds’ policy button at the page where the product description is displayed. TripleClicks require all ECAs to display their returns and refunds policy with their products.
* Tell them about your own shopping experience with TripleClicks--what you have purchased; the quality of the service you received; how, when and in what condition your goods were delivered etc.
* Tell them that all ECAs are vetted by TripleClicks with regards to experience at running a business, product quality and customer service. Not just anyone can become an ECA in TripleClicks.
* You can also give them some facts about SFI/TripleClicks, such as how long it’s been trading online, number of products and services and also the number of its members throughout the world.
