In past few years and very recently, many retailers, both offline and online, have experience security breaches which resulted in stolen customer information.
Over a year ago, in February 2014, there was a cyber attack against SFI/Tripleclicks. The security breach was immediately identified and dealt with.
From that experience, measures were taken and additional protection was put into place to protect both SFI/Tripleclicks business, their affiliates and their customers.
This is my personal experience, and as such I am fully aware of its limitation. However, I have not read any testimonial that differ from mine.
The only issue I have read about concerned shipping costs. But, personally, I see it as evidence of the quality service being provided. It is proof that shipping and handling is being provided by professionals who do their job well.
Now, beside personal testimonies, it is my understanding that Tripleclicks, as a subsidiary of Carson Services Inc. is an accredited business by organizations such as the Better Business Bureau and verified by GeoTrust. If there were reliable claims made against Tripleclicks, such accreditation would be lost.
Furthermore, Tripleclicks has an efficient customer service to promptly react to customers concerns and inquiries.
In conclusion, Tripleclicks is one of the most reliable online retailers with a much longer track record of customer satisfaction than those giant online store we hear about.
Thus, you should give assurance to your prospects that Tripleclicks is very safe and very secure with highly reliable shipping, handling, and delivery service.
