Building a team requires sponsoring a big number of PSAs because it’s not easy to get active ones. To get quality PSAs sometimes depend on methods of getting them. Some would say advertising is better than buying while others would say differently. From my experience so far, either from advertising or from buying PSAs, the quality of them not much differs. Actually what make a difference is our creativity in guiding, motivating and communicating with the PSAs.
Anyway, if you choose advertising, you must be ready to provide quite a big amount of time to create and modify your ads so that it will become attractive, find places to advertise whether offline or online and spend some money into it, except if you prefer free advertising spots. Buying advertising package offered by ECAs in TripleClicks is highly suggested because you will not just acquire potential PSAs ( but the number is not guaranteed ) but also you will be rewarded with some MRPs and VPs.
On the other hand, if you buy PSAs offered by TripleClicks, you are surely will get a determined number of PSAs and also you will be accumulating some MRPs, VPs and have a chance to collect points from doing a review.
In conclusion, if you do not have much time doing advertising, it is better to buy PSAs. Otherwise, you do your own free advertising if you want to save money or if you are sure of your capability of getting more PSAs and of good quality.
