it all depends on you. For real team building, i will advice you to do your own advertizing. Why? Because of the following reasons:
1. You have the ability to code which of your adverts go well.
2. You can pick your own sites that won't cost you much or don't cost you at all.
3. You can easily monitor the result and your own performance and build on it.
4. You can be proud of your own results when it shows and work more to produce more. Since you know the procedure by which the results came. Buying PSAs, you'll never be able to reproduce the result. Sooner or later, you'll have to learn to do the advert on your own.
