* You need to decide on your target audience.
* For this you need to find out the demographics of the country/region.
* A basic requirement would be the need and affordability of the product you plan on providing. * You need to figure out the cost of distribution.
* You need to figure out the logistics of end-to-end service.
* Duties and other taxes, and laws involved with regard to reaching the product to the final consumer.
* You need to price the product appropriately.
* An advertising plan/medium is a must.
All this may seem exhaustive, but do not loose heart. All this info can be got thru the net. The GDP of each and every country is a place to start. Comparative pricing also could be obtained.
This is what I can think of right now. Look at it as a baby you are nurturing to adulthood. It needs the utmost genuine care and support. And, yes a lot of patience. Nothing comes easy!
