Good question...because this situation is faced by each and every sponsor.
To be very clear,this is a business run by team work. Because the affiliates are not counseled properly before and after jpining, they expect unreaspnably from this business. But its not a lottery or a quiz show.
The decision should be gradual and he/she should be guided to have an introspection vis-a-vis the basic guidelines of SFI business.
I have noted that the more we expect, the more we are disappointed. The factual situation should only be presented at joining level so that expectations are reasonable.
However in such cases,after a fair and honest assessment, if as a leader you feel like letting him go, advise accordingly.
