Lett me elaborate ...
Affiliates whom speaks little english, can use translate option on SFI home page, this way thay can work on there mother language. which might be easyer for them.
On the other hand lack of internet experiance might come in handy, if the person is used to internet on a daily bases and starts a bussines like this, he will probable loose patience after a mounth, because it is going to be slow for him. however person who lack this experiance and starts this bussines will be open to sugestions. this way he will not only learn about SFI but internet as well. You as there sponsor have the obligation to keep them informed and to help. If you regulary send your PSAs video clips and motivating messages, soon they will start to explore internet for them selfs. It couses them joy achivment in a new field of bussines. It is chaleging. everybody loves a chalege. They learn something new and they start earning money.
For me this is a good recepe for quality PSAs.
