I feel it is definitely worth your while to sponsor affiliates who speak little English or have a limited computer experience.
In this day and age, with all the help from the internet, like translation software, especially the one here at SFI, there is no reason not to.
SFI is for everyone who wants to have a successful online business. There are so many people all over the world who want to have their own business, why wouldn't you try to sponsor as many people as you can.
This is only a barrier if we make it one. There are so many people in SFI who can help with the language difference plus like I said before, we have a great translator hear as well as Bing or Goggle.
