Both are okey. But the most important thing in building your team is advertiaing , because when you advertise it is thee you will be able to know how good you are at promoting SFI. If you don't know much about SFI I will advise you read the SFI Basics and the launchpad provided by SFI so that you will have the boldness needed to promote your team through ad.q
Another reason why advertising is the best is because, people whom you tell about SFI are those who knows you and are close to you. Sometimes when you buy PSAs yu don't have the qurantee that individuals who sign up will come back again, despite newsletters which are been sent out to them they don't return back again. But when you advertise by recruiting one on one PSAs they can be moved to become active because they see you and also believed in you .
