But I believe that most will understand, read and write simple English as English is a universal business language for communication. Having limited computer and internet experience may be a problem to some who seldom access to computer. But computer and internet have been in existence since the sixties, I don't think that a large population in the developing countries are inaccessible to computer and internet as online businesses have been in existence for a few decades. What is more important is their understanding of the internet business and the desire to learn as they operate the business. After all,the menu and directions have been set. With a pointer and a click of the mouse, they can access to the information they need. So I would still consider it is worthwhile to sponsor affiliates who speak little but do understand English. Experience can be earned through continuous learning and practicing. There's a will, there's away.
