It depends on how long that affiliate has been in SFI.
If he has only been an affiliate less than 1 month, then I would tell him to take a week or so to re-read the Launchpads, the Compensation Plan and the Training. I would ask him to give me one more chance to help him understand. Then I would guide him in understanding SFI, because that understanding is important.
If he has been an affiliate for more than 6 months, then I would ask him specifically what has he done for his business? Ask him what sort of advertising he has done. What marketing aids has he used. Ask him his strategy. Then together we would modify his strategy if necessary. Because sometimes a certain strategy works for a certain group of people but not another.
