When someone "whines" about not getting rewarded for his efforts it simply means that he/she lacks experience.
When I was part of a group who opened a store in our town I was told by other store owners not to expect to see a profit for at least three YEARS. I felt like I had been hit with a very cold and very wet blanket. I really did not like hearing that comment.
After all, he/she were told that SFI is NOT "get-rich-quick", right?
That person needs to "man up" and face reality.
Not everyone has the patience to accept the fact of the "learning curve". I have 671 days in this business and I expect that it will take another 365 days to get to the top of the learning curve for me. For some it may not take that long. For others it may take 4 or 5 years.
Be sure to tell that person that you will be looking at his/her VP Ledger "very soon" and will be sending an email about your findings. And ask if he/she will read your email.
