Absolutely correct that many had to quit without notice for not having anything despite efforts and hardwork, so, the story is just becoming tactical IF the Affiliate is still saying he is going to quit, every indication that there's tendency for audience to be granted and agreeing with such and making up little incentives would help here.
Anyone that would take up this responsibility of convincing such Affiliate should have something tangible to show and should have the records of when he had such mind. At this juncture, such Affiliate needs more precise ways to earn and deep details of how it has worked for early Affiliates.
