The best way to convince your PSA not to quit is to empathize with his/her predicament. See the big picture from your affiliate’s perspective. Make use of language that shows you care and help him figure out why nothing comes from his effort and hard work. There is no way that investing time, effort, hard work, patience, perseverance, passion, and money would not produce SFI success.
If you want to have a team of serious affiliates, EA, EA2s, TLs, CSAs, and PRMs, sitting on the sofa is not going to make it happen. Investing in advertising your SFI & TripleClicks gateways and/or buying PSAs is not also going to make it happen. Success in SFI and in life has something to do with the Law of Sowing and Reaping and the Law of Cause and Effect.
What you sow, you reap! You invest time in reading the SFI Basics, LaunchPad Lessons, Ask SC answers, Forum discussions, etc. you gain knowledge and skills. You invest time and effort teaching, guiding, and nurturing your affiliates, you gain quality team members. When you sow negative thoughts, you quit SFI when things are not happening the way you envisioned it to be. When you sow positive thoughts, you will never quit SFI because you believe in the notion, “There is no failure – only feedback.”
SFI success is about sowing and reaping; and quality seeds of knowledge, skills, value, and beliefs when planted and properly nurtured, produces bountiful harvests of EA2s and Team leaders.
So if you quit, it's your loss! The rule of the game is "Never, Never Quit!"
