It is a definite advantage to your team if you recruit members who have a good command of English and a working knowledge of the computer/internet. If they have both these requirements before they join, you will find :-
- that it is easy to help them understand the concept of SFI without too many explanations;
- you will not need to take your recruits through each and every step in their online training
- the progress of your affiliates/team will be faster and so will your communication
- it will be less tiring for you to not only clarify concepts of the business but also start teaching a language or work around the constraints of not knowing what to do.
However, this should not stop you from expanding across all borders when you are recruiting because of the following reasons :-
- SFI has a network of affiliates who are bi-lingual and you can rely on A2A friends or other members of your team who speak the language of the affiliate to guide them;
- The Forum provides a wealth of information on how to translate and so do the search engines. Affiliates who feel language is a barrier can always use this as an alternative support mechanism;
- in today's technological era, connecting affiliates who speak the same language is not at all a problem.
