First of all it is best to have these in your purse and for the men in your wallet. Every time I go out to eat I will either hand it to my waitress/waiter or just leave it on the table along with my Business Card which advertises my link to signup as a PSA. I am of the opinion that all avenues should be used at any given time, never pass up opportunities. Sometimes it leads to a discussion, a lot of times it leads to discussions with my friends that I am out to eat with as to what it is that I am leaving on the table, in which case I end up passing them a Gift Card also.
I have found the personal one on one cards that are given out are the ones that get used!
