Is it worthwhile to sponsor affiliates who speak little English or have very limited computer/Internet experience?

The actual language spoken by an affiliate matters very little, as long as they effectively use on-line translation tools (including those on the site, of course). Their experience with computers and the Internet is also less important than the affiliates' desire to LEARN. If you've got someone who is willing to learn everything you've done to succeed, you can duplicate your knowledge and skills even with language and experience barriers.
