Greetings
In the SFI business every affiliate is important, because the strategy to build your business is duplication. The more affiliates you, have, you groom in becoming leaders and they duplicate the same in that way your business grows and become succesffully.
So in answering your question it is not a question of worthwhile to sponsor affiliates who speak little English or have very limited computer/internet experience.
One of the things that is great with SFI is that the company set and looked and even thought of all possible things that may hinder any one who is interested in the business and they put all necessary plans and strategies to help all interested prospects and affiliates.
1.SFI have the Internet income training fro those who have no experience in the internet business i.e. advertising and marketing.
2.SFI since is a global company it foresaw that not only English speaking people will be part of the business but every one, I mean all languages in the global arena. They then put on a translate option in all the pages that you log in, in order for those who do not know, understand and speak little English may then click on the translate option and get to know and understand what they are learning about.
3. To make an example, I am an South African, who speak English, but have affiliates who do not speak English in my team which I sponsors. The one that is active who is about to be an EA2 speak no English at all, he is from Venezuela and speak Spanish, as a sponsor I communicate with him using the translate option all the time. I translate Spanish to English and English to Spanish.
So let not the language and internet barrier be the hurdle in building your successful business.
I hope this will help.
All of the best.
