Yes. If you are going to have your own growing, thriving business you must have your own domain.
The advantages are many.
1. Your own domain can be used in any way you wish. If for no other reason than to set up a redirect to one of your SFI Gateway sites. There are several advertising and social sites that don't permit SFI URLs (guess they are jealous of others success!). So using your own domain name is one temporary fix around that.
2. You can start a blog about something that has interest for you and, hopefully, others. A terrific stepping stone to building a list and telling others about a business opportunity they can't refuse.
3. It could be a training site for your new SFI team. Now please don't misunderstand. I am the biggest advocate you will find for all of the free training materials right here on your affiliate page. But sometimes people think there must be something more. So give it to them with a training blog that points, surprise, surprise, right back to the SFI training materials.
4. Others, still, use their domain to market products or tools designed to grow their SFI business and to help others do the same.
5. SFI offers their "Custom Prestige Domains." Available at Tripleclicks either for cash, MRP (my favorite) or auctions. These are set up to point to various Gateway pages and are a super starter for someone who may not wish to, or take the time to, program or develop their own blank page.
So that is a big resounding YES. Get your own domain (either private or a SFI Custom Prestige Domain) and use it, and market it, everyday.
