Be an awesome sponsor. From the word go, get to know them well. Become their friend. Show interest and show that you care.
Use their profile and VP Ledger as a basis to work from. See what they accomplish. Boost them accordingly and motivate them with incentives when they reach the goals you and they set for them. From all of this you will quickly see what their shortcomings are as well as their strong points. Help them to improve their shortcomings and identify their strong points.
