I would NOT recommend cold calling to attract new PSAs.
First of all - let's be honest. No one likes those calls.
If you can focus on a specific group of people who might be interested in an opportunity like SFI, it would be worth creating a relationship with them and then giving them information about it.
However, cold calling to random people will probably give you more headaches than PSAs. Your efforts are better spent on other methods.
