Whether they have the skills when they start or not is not really important - what they don't know they will learn as they discover SFI's lessons. What you have to identify is whether they are serious or not.
The skills they already have does not need to be developed, it is the ones they do not have that they need to learn and develop.
Some people have skills that comes naturally and others that they have to learn and put some effort into. Let me use myself as an example. My natural brain profile is very much right sided. I just understand people and languages better than mathematics and logic thinking. Then I found myself in a very left sided job and guess what? I learned the skills I need to not only do my job, but do it well. Why did I manage to learn it? Because I am serious about my job and I am serious about not doing the minimum or delivering an average performance.
If your affiliates are serious they will ask you how to do things if they don't know how to do it. So don't concentrate on what they can do, concentrate on what they can not do by answering their questions.
