E365: If your affiliate gets very high versapoints and stays above the green line and completes all the rounds you know definitely that he/she will make the finals. Then in a couple of months you server high points chances are this person will probably be the champion.
Daily Grand: See the winners list to see which of your affiliates show up there. And you will know if they enter it very often.
VP ledger: SFI provides you this and other tools to use in order to look at their activities and the points they get. You can tell by the actions especially the red tabs to see if they understood the basics then you will know who has a solid foundation and who doesn't.
Your emails: SFI notifies you when your PSA or CSA sponsored an
or got a TC member, or any other milestone that they achieve. So you do the math.
Badges: It is not just about quantity but quality. You can identify a star by looking at the VP streak badge,EA streak, Standing Order and so on. You can also see if your affiliates are ECA or top enrollers or if they achieved fast track or won the leadership challenges.
Stream posts and leadership pages. You can see their posts in order to know how much they have learned. You also look at their leadership pages to see if they always keep it up to date.
