I understand that your intention of offering incentives to your CSAs and PSAs is to get them moving, producing expected results and eager to work harder. It’s not wrong to offer incentives ( either SFI or non-SFI products ) as part of your method to grow your business. But make sure your incentives also can be used to help them to improve their performance. Like a free DVD mentioned, the DVD can be about marketing strategies, motivations or about something beneficial to them as online marketers.
Anyway, SFI has already offered some incentives for a particular action done. For example, by setting up an SO, a person will get incentives in the forms of 100 bonus VPs, special discounted price and SO badge. So, you can add them up with something from your own effort. As long as what you offer trigger expected results, such as products sold or new signups, go ahead with that brilliant idea.
If otherwise, then you have to reconsider whether it is a good practice or not.
