Hi Sean,
To identify skills in affiliates is by studying their Affiliate Snapshots. Besides their names, contact numbers, primary language and their country, lots of information can be found in their VP Ledgers and Affiliate Profiles.
To make my explanation simple and easy to understand, I will associate actions done by the affiliates with a specified skill possibly they possess:
i. VPs earned constantly and improving – Skill: They understand the basics and are persistent.
ii. Daily, weekly and monthly actions completed – Skill: They follow the basics, do duplication and productive.
Points collected in Eager Zebra Games and won some badges related to it – Skill: They are apt to playing games. You can encourage your affiliates to purchase more TCredits to get maximum AVP here.
Points accumulated in downloading TC musics – Skill: Musics lover or they may know how to play a certain kind of a musical instrument.
Points accumulated from Pricebenders Auctions or have a Pricebender Auction Winner Badge – Skill: Know how to bid and possibly good at money management which is essential in affiliate marketing..
Encourage your affiliates to focus on what they love to do because they will earn points and thus can increase their rank.
iii. Getting Started Actions.
Liking and following SFI and TripleClicks in Twitter and FB – Skill: Your affiliates are good at socializing and will develop social and communications skills, which may help them to attract others to join SFI.
iv. Read LaunchPads and collect points after answering questions – Skill: Good readers and encourage them to do further reading to be all rounders.
v. Intermediate actions. Installed TC banner at their sites/blogs – Skill: They are knowledgeable in and good at technical issues. Encourage them to enhance their site contents and use their creative skill to increase its search engine optimization.
vi. TripleClicks. Purchased TCredits and some products at TripleClicks – Skill: Know how to carry out buying and collect VPs. Encourage them to invest at an affordable amount of money so that they will feel comfortable and confident in building up their business.
Approved ECA – Skill: They are real movers, good decision makers and risk takers. Encourage them to improve their ECAs regularly and promote their products so that in the end they will make sales and get commissions.
All those actions done by your affiliates can be found in their Affiliate Snapshots and these together with some information from the Affiliate Profiles, will serve as an identification for you to build stars among them and also to improve their business and yours too. If your affiliate does not have any of those skills, you have to help them to develop each one, even slowly…
