Here are my suggestions about the best places and the best ways to get answers about SFI:

i) Reference Tab or SFI Sitemap – You just enter any topics at the Affiliate Center to get instant answers.

ii) Forum – There are 19 categories of issues or topics that are classified as the newest, new replies, hot and tips & rules. In the forum, you can get brilliant answers 24/7 from affiliates, especially those ranked as Forum Gurus and Team Leaders. Just do your search or you can start a new thread.

iii) Ask SFI Community ( Ask SC ) – There are 15 categories of topics, such as a2a, advertising/marketing, compensation and others). At this spot, you get so many answers from different points of views regarding a particular question.

iv) Affiliate Support Desk – You can submit a ticket for an issue not being asked before. Otherwise, you will get a link for the issue already asked by someone else.

v) Other resources of getting assistance – You can go to How To Get Started With SFI if you are a newbie ( link: https://www.sfimg.com/start ), or you can contact SFI personnel via phone, fax or postal mail.

vi) Your SFI Sponsor – Your sponsor for sure will try as best as he/she can to assist you because you are an asset to his/her team. Just email him/her.

vii) Your Upline Team Leaders – You have six upline Team Leaders who are also ever willing to help you out. You also can use email to contact them.

viii) All over the SFI and TripleClicks pages – Actually anything that you read whether in SFI or TripleClicks site contains information about SFI and TripleClicks in its own way.
