Identifying shills that an affiliate may have to become stars can be done by carefully monitoring their daily activities.
Watching their VP ledger on a daily bases will help you see the skills that your affiliate has. Are they doing more than required each day? Are they gaining sales VP without you suggesting to them to purchase products?
Knowing their VP ledger will help you guide your affiliate to being a star in SFI. You will easily recognize who is a star because they will be found in your movers list.
Another good sign to take notice of is; if your PSA (Personally Sponsored Affiliate) answering any of your emails or replying on your stream post? If they are then you probably found someone who is going to be around awhile.
Also pay attention to the questions they are asking you. If they are asking questions that are found in the basic start up then you will know that they are not reading careful enough to understand what is needed. Or there can be a language problem that needs some attention by you to help translate information for them.
If your PSA is using the forum – read their questions or answers, this will help you in being able to understand the things you PSA is needing or how far advanced they are by reading their good answers.
