The first thing you need to do when you receive SFI Notification of a new PSA is to click on the new PSA's Affiliate Profile.
Although not all new PSAs will complete Affiliate Profile, use whatever personal information has been provided, such as country of origin, email address, language preferred, goals, etc. Sometimes you'll find an answer to a question under Upline that will tell you what he/she wants you to know about him/her.
Use whatever information is helpful to you so you can prepare a plan or strategy to help your new PSA to have a good start.
This begins with your welcome letter and follow up when a commitment is received. With the knowledge gained from the PSA's Affiliate Profile you are now ready to teach, guide, mentor and encourage your new PSA in accordance with his/her goals and aspirations by being in touch with his own desires.
