In order to determine which TripleClicks products a person would want, you must:
1. Know your merchandise options; become familiar with what's in the TripleClicks inventory. After all, how would you be able to recommend a product if you don't know what's available? (This in itself should give you enough incentive to review the TripleClicks pages on the to-do list everyday!)
2. Know what your customer wants. Position yourself to solve your potential customer's problem, or fulfill his need (or desire) by asking questions. Keep your mouth shut after each question and listen. There is a reason you have two ears and one mouth; listen carefully.
Here's an example:
You're talking with a friend. She tells you her husband hates swallowing vitamin pills. You ask her "why?" She may tell you it hurts him when he swallows (or he gags or something like that). Now you have enough information to recommend TripleClicks' Advanced Liquid Nutrition!
Each situation won't be that simple, but you get the idea.
Focus on solving your customer's problems (or fulfilling your customer's needs) and it will be easy to recommend a TripleClickslicks product.
