Good question! It is hard to trespass into others mind and find those qualities is very difficult. But, we can understand this trait from the natural instinct of a person. A Business minded person will be always an extrovert. So, any person who are keenly interested in approaching others with any subject on a pre-conceptual or analytical mind and discussing the same without hesitation is always skilled with business ideas. If an affiliate keenly showing the interest in learning the training sessions and always interact with his Team Leader, he must be a business skilled person. Generally, in life, fear is the biggest barrier to many challenges and certainly overcoming one’s fear is a step in the right direction. You must also understand that a new affiliate will takes time to get to know all the nuances of the business activities. It takes time to get to know all the products. It takes time to figure out what marketing activities will work best for each affiliate . So nobody should fear about the success of his business. Through hard work, any Affiliate can reach up to the top and become a Star in SFI. There is no alternative for success, except hard work.
