First consider his or her General Info. Considering how he/she got to know SFI. Is it through Website ad or article, Search engine, friend or associate etc A person who got to know SFI through Search Engine can reveal his interest in earning online. His advertisement could be developed around that. A man who got to know SFI through Social media or friends and associate reveals such a person could be trained to use social media for advertising.
Secondly, Prior business experience (If he has that) should be used to teach him diligence, patience, perseverance and commitment in SFI. When he comes into SFI with a previous mlm experience, then you know you don't need to start from the basics of marketing. If otherwise, you know you need to take him through the rudiments of prospecting, mentoring and duplication.
Also, marketing methods he has had previous experience with would guide you on your training about advertising of SFI
Furthermore, you need to consider the PSA business strategy and commitment to SFI business. the number of hours he intends to devote to SFI, his willingness to invest in advertising, the number of PSA he intends to sponsor, what he considers most important to his success at this time etc reveal so much you can leverage for your training and duplication. When he says he needs more training, then you offer to coach him. If he says he needs more money, guide him on how to generate money in SFI - retail sales, PSA commissions etc.
Beside, the openness of the PSA to you and your communication would help to know how to assist him. You need to work to gain the confidence of secretive and lone-ranger type of PSA and be always there for the open minded.
Finally, a man's vision drives him. Considering the goals the Affiliate has set for himself shows you to an extent the kind of drive he has. For people who don't follow through on their goals, you need to use this to motivate him. When the man is moving towards his goals you need to propel him forward with incentives and information.
