Before you go on identifying your affiliates the skills that could help them become stars in SFI, it only make sense to get to know them very well. It requires your time, patience, persistence, determination and commitment to establish close relationship between you and your affiliates.
In order to evaluate your affiliates’ skill, you need to do the following actions and observations about them:
- How motivated are they?
Go to your Genealogy to get an overview about your affiliates’ performance. Are they logging in everyday?
- In terms of VPs, what’s an affiliate VP(Y) = Total VP an affiliate accumulated the previous day, VP(T) = Total VP an affiliate accumulated to date, VP(M) = Total VP an affiliate has accumulated for current month and VP(L) Total VP an affiliate has accumulated for the previous month?
- What is their status in terms of overall/country/class Power Rank?
- Are they participating in the SFI Forum and Ask SC?
- Have they started setting up their S-Builder Co-op? How many of them have become Fast-Track members?
- How many hours are they putting in with their SFI business?
You can monitor your affiliates’ activities through their VP Ledgers and form your opinion, which of your affiliates need more support to help him/her acquire the skill he/she is lacking. The VP Ledger of your affiliates helps you identify which of your affiliates is performing each of the actions list.
- Are they gaining new skills and widening their knowledge base?
This will include Internet Income course training, learning to promote SFI with the marketing tools, reviewing SFI Power Tools, etc.
Your observations about the performance of each one of your affiliates can easily be identified through his/her sporting of badges. The more badges your affiliate possessed the more active he/she is and most likely become a star in SFI.
