To identify relevant skills in your affiliates that could help them become stars requires you to know each affiliate's area of interest; naturally, we are attracted toward what interests us more.
The following are pointers to specific area of affiliates skills in SFI:
1. Always teaching/guiding others instruction-wise. This is team support and is a people skill.
2. Ability to pass across new discoveries to other team members successfully, shows transferable skill.
3. Knowing how to talk to people within group for effective team results shows the affiliate has good communication skill.
4. Interest in FORUM activities shows that the affiliate has potential to grow in knowledge. This is interpersonal skill.
5. As a team leader who successfully nurtures team members to achieving productivity shows management skill.
6. If he/she runs an ECA/Member Listing items, this is an entrepreneurial skill.
7. Interest in participating in ASK SC answers is a pointer to knowledge acquisition skills.
8. Interest in setting up S-Builder Co-op shows that the affiliate has potentials for duplication - business skill.
9. Getting new PSAs and CSAs from Pricebender auctions and PSAs TO GO - business skill.
10. Winnings in games from time to time shows intelligence skills.
11. Have attracted many ECA referrals shows that he/she has good marketing skill.
