I suggest some critical ways to estimate the skills in ylur affiliates;
#1. Have -and- show faith and trust in your team.
#2. Give and recieve ongoing perfomance feedback,observe the activity of your downlines wisely
.
#3. Effectively communicate and share valuable informations through geneology team mail(PSA or CSA mail).
#4. Focus on,listen to and respect your affiliates needs.
#5. Provide PSA's to your movers to motivate them through reassign tool.
#6. Manage them friendly,do not disempowering.
#7. Encourage team works like if anyone refer members to SFI or Tripleclicks,congrats them and give them valuable tips.
#8. Give them oppurtunities for their growth, like you can transfer T- credits to buy products or bidding or give gift cards for their effort.
