Hallo Mrs. Adams. Normally I look at my PSAs profile to see how far, if they Login in every day, what games they Play etc. I do this only to the workers because I have over 300 personal sponserd PSAs and only 5 are are active, they Login in every day. How can we help them to be successful with SFI? I believe first of all we have to be active and successful and then, we can help our Team. As a leader, you are like a Mom or Dad and don´t forget, children don´t want to be told, they want to see. So the best way to help our Teams is that we are successful leaders and then ofcourse suport others to do the same things that we do.
