On seeing their badges we’ll come to know that they are logging in regularly. Daily VP streak will indicate this. From “Movers” tab also we can identify the successful PSAs. We need to closely monitor their last log in from movers tab.
We need to write them personal mails apart from team mails pointing out their strengths, greet them, and appreciate them. And tell them what to do further if they are not self-reliant.
We need to assist them in team building, advertising, marketing and sales.
Thru personal mails we have to tell them where they need to improve upon, where they have to concentrate and advance to next level.
