1. It’s a short term – onetime benefit. That’s also uncertain of getting paid. As the company says that they will not pay if their targeted number is achieved.
2. We cannot reap the benefits from the PSAs if they’ve joined through PPA program.
3. We cannot monitor the PSAs and help them to grow because they will be assigned to some other sponsor.
4. It’s better to sponsor your PSAs monitor their work, educate them to build a team, ask them to follow SFI Basics, The Plan and work towards the goals.
5. Better option is to build up your team of PSAs.
