The PSA's Affiliate Profile for me is the best tool that a team leader had to help/guide his PSA on target according to the goal. Why? Because all the information is already there.
1. The feeling towards the program.
2. The plan how far he will pursue the business in his set goals.
3. How much time each can devote everyday,
4. How much monetary amount he can afford to spend for the business.
5. The driving factor or inspiration of joining the business.
To summarized a team leader had more or less ideas on how he can help by going over the PSA Profile, granting that the concerned PSA will leave up to what he/she wrote in his/her profile.
I believed that affiliate snap shot is part of the profile, wherein you can view the recent activity of your PSA's. Especially the VP ledger. As you go over it you can give advice/tip or let them knew that they missed something in their to do lists.
The best way to use is to go over it and study what kind of strategy you will make with a certain PSA based on what he is written on his profile. But this will be useful for the team leader only if the PSA's were responsive enough to all the communication the team leader sent.
