In my opinion and experience, your SFI HOMEPAGE is the best source of information to get our answers from. When we start out, there is a lot of detail which we sometimes get overwhelmed with but this is the core of your training and most of your questions are answered here.
Within your homepage are sub-divisions of information centres from where you can search for answers. These are:
1. The Forum - this provides a continuous learning opportunity where members interact with each other, discuss issues pertaining to individuals or collectively affecting a group and find answers. The more experienced members provide their feedback and if need be, the founder, Gery Carson also lends a hand.
2. A2A friends - I have found this area extremely useful especially when I know that specific friends are proficient in certain areas for eg the internet and its related activity, I approach them for help. The answers are also very detailed and give you an insight into how you can approach your own problem.
3. Upline Support - This is an excellent medium of communication where the expertise of your upline members is very handy and helpful in answering questions that you may not wish to bring up in the Forum. Sometimes the perspective of upline support sorts out your queries so very effectively that you need not search elsewhere!
4. I rarely search the BAR that is located just over the top of your Profile Picture where you will be directed to the relevant answers to your questions. You may find that some of the answers are actually posts from the Forum.
