When you look at the profile of your PSA you can see several tabs below it. All of those are useful tool on helping your PSA.
What I want to call your attention is the "Check List" Tab. Try to complete all those with in 10 days from the time your affiliates joined SFI. The main purpose of this checklist is to engage your PSA into conversation.
Then click on his VP ledger and see what else can he do from his to list. Try to assist him how to accomplish those tasks and earn point.
Then use the profile to send E-cards encourage, give tips and congratulate for his little and big achievements.
Through their profile you can also send him team message, specifically for him.
Use the notes in the profile to remind you of what to do next as you mentor him.
In other words, The PSA profile is your single page to mentor and coach your PSA individually. I hope all those who are reading this will use this great tool for sponsoring.
