I think it's very wise to do this - some sort of non-SFI related incentives. Although, depending on what you offer (the cost to you), it may be most beneficial to offer just to PSA's.
I actually offer cash bonuses (or rewards) as incentives for becoming fast track, and then also Team Leader - as well as each fast track member they sponsor. Cash often speaks strongly.
With CSA's just remember that the commission is smaller (i.e., $2.65 on 125 T-Credits and matching VP only on their VP), whereas for PSA's the commission is $7.95 for the 125 T-Credits and matching VP for them PLUS everyone in their downline also.
So if the DVD you send is very inexpensive, it could be worth doing for CSA's also, but save your best incentives for the PSA's where you are building the team below you to grow your income.
