This is how I evaluate the skills affiliates have when they arrive.
First you notice their picture goes up.
Next comes an answer here and there on their v.p. Ledger.
You really cannot tell by how many v.p. points they run through.
I ran through mine in two days.Then I redid them and took notes
the second time.
Most of my movers never contact me.They tell me they are o.k.
when I ask.
Things like joining A2A, Wave3, getting a SO-standing order
and posting in the forums does help.
I have a copy of my first letter to send to new affiliates in my Notepad.
Then three days later,I send the new affiliates a personal letter explaining how I will help them.
At this time,I give them a good explanation of how valuable the Fast Track Gold is
with details. There reactions show me if they are interested or not.
It is very important to space our notes to new affiliates with the titles spelled out
for them. EA-Executive Affiliate EA2-Executive Affiliate ( second month being EA),BTL
-Bronze Team Leader.Then your letter will not sound like a foreign language.
