For me that is just a question of talking with my PSAs..
If I had to guess, then I would guess wrong, but if I ask the PSAs what their positives and negatives are then I cannot go wrong..
I would just ask them.. Tell them that if you know their positives you can help them to use that positive into building a profitable business,,
Tell them you can help them with their negatives also.. Two people know more then one, A whole team knows almost everything..
When talking about things like this with your PSAs you will automatically bond with your PSAs and vice versa.. That will translate into a great working team..
